Live Arrival Guarantee
Welcome!
We are a small business specialized in providing isopods and their substrate materials, located in the foothills of the Colorado Rockies.
We ship on Monday ONLY. Orders placed after 1 AM MST on Monday will not ship until the following Monday. This is for the safety of the isopods, as they will generally arrive before the weekend even accounting for potential delays.
Orders may be cancelled by emailing sales@alpineisopods.com, but may NOT be cancelled the day of shipment.
If your outdoor temperatures are above 90 °F or below 40 °F during the delivery window, your order will be marked "Hold for pickup", regardless of shipping method. This means it will be held for you at your local UPS Store or Post Office.
Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)
Our minimum shipment temperature with Live Arrival Guarantee is 25 °F, and our maximum temperature is 95 °F (origin or destination). We can ship outside these ranges, but with no Live Arrival Guarantee. You MUST select an Overnight or 2-Day shipping option via UPS to receive our LAG.
Proof in the form of 2 pictures showing at least 50% dead individuals must be sent to LAG@alpineisopods.com within 90 minutes of delivery, or within 36 hours of delivery if held for pickup. After providing these, you will be sent the total number of DOA isopods you originally received (or a refund if unavailable).
